Refund Policy

BotRanked doesn't charge visitors anything and doesn't sell bots, subscriptions or signals. Since we take no payments from you, there is nothing for us to refund.

When you buy a bot listed here, including one marked "Partner", you buy it from its seller, on their terms. Refunds, delivery and support are handled by that seller under their own refund policy. Read it before you pay.

Whoever you bought from, these are generally not grounds for a refund:

• trading losses, or a bot doing worse than its rank on BotRanked;
• changes by Polymarket or other platforms that break or limit a bot;
• Polymarket not being available in your country.

If BotRanked ever offers a paid service, its price and refund terms will be shown before you pay, and this page will be updated. Duplicate charges and services we fail to deliver will be refunded.

Nothing here limits refund rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can't be waived.
